Red VX clubby. My favourite HSV ever made. Then i'd get some headers, zorst, dyno tune and a few little bits, and put the rest into my savings. Say $100,000 of it.![]()

Wow. I didn't expect YOU to want a VN Group A. Suprising indeed. Besides a VX clubby i could go a VN Group A too, but moreso, a 100% factory stock VL Walkinshaw.

I'm not a fan of euro cars. They are all ugly. Alot of them, powerful yes, but nice looking in my eyes, no. You can't drive those cars fast on the street, so what's the point in having them? That's how i see it anyway. I'd rather have a car with a little bit of punch, but looks nice in my eyes. Hence why i chose Holdens. I like the looks of the models i mentioned.
I wouldn't buy a euro car just for the track. I could find better things to spend $100,000 on.

Mate, the VN group A is now double its original price in just 17/18 short years. In another 20 years it will be a collector. Im not a fan of Corvettes etc they bore me.
All the cars I want are in the 200+ price range. M5, DB9 etc. I like cars to have style if I am going to pay a ****load for them. American Cars have no style except a rare few.

Not really. Put a nice suit on, slick the hair back (if any), and walk in to the showroom where your car can be purchased through, plonk the cash on the desk, tell the nicest most helpful bloke / lady there that you want him to get the commision for the sale, and watch the rest of the salesmen and women drool and spew that they didn't snap you up as a customer.![]()

Bwahahahaha, actually, i'd rather do that ^^^, man would that be awesome! Walk in to buy a Lambo in a pair of stubbies, a singlet, thongs, a beer in hand and say: "Gday knackers, i'll take that Diablo over there" *plonks cash on desk* "And hurry it up, i have a local footy game to get to"

If it had to be spent on non investment type purchases I would say the latest E series GTS and I'd use it to tow an 18ft Kevlar compound ultra light Bulet with a tweeked 3L merc that I'd purchase with the left over money.

no longer a hoon by association - the commodore is gone
VS Stateman Capric,
With a LS7, everything that can be done but still street legal.
And then just pimp the car out.
47 made with the 185i engine $62,500 new
35 made with the 215i engine $73,500 new
Gee thris thread ha sgone off topic, but is also an interesting read. Maybe a thread should be created for investment type stuff.
Anyways. There is only 1 car I would buy for that money, that is a 67, 68 fastback mustang with all new running gear and mod cons.
I would then spend the left overs on a nice secure place for it to sleep in![]()
