have a read fellas,
New 2008 Ford FG Falcon - Drive.com.au
Pretty impressive I must say, especially since it's a ford that is pulling some serious times. I'm just curious how the new 6.2 litre Holden V8 transplant will go in May.
My car audio:
CD tuner: Alpine CDA-9884E with Ipod interface
Front speakers: Alpine Type R SPR-17S 6.5 component speakers, powered by a avant-garde 23dxi 2 channel amplifier - 2x51 watt RMS
Rear speakers: pioneer coaxials connected to tuner
Subwoofer: Alpine Type R SWR-1222D 12" 2 ohm dual voice coil 500 watts RMS powered by a response precision 2x150 watts RMS 2 channel amp bridged to 500 watts RMS @ 4 ohms
not to be surprised, the I6 barra motors have some go, especially the turbos, time for GM to accept the fact that the pushrod motor is time for the museum. me and my mate love goin out in his stock as a rock grandpa BA Fairmont and go chop fully sick VN and VS 5.0 liters just about every weekend. fantastic fun to see the look on their faces when they realize they have been chopped on the loser drive by

Its rather unethical to chop 5.0 Litres, they really belong in a museam. Pushrods are a piece of ****, belong back in the 1950's. They are NOT TUFF!!!!!!!

nothing because they are all proberbly people who know that their not the best, an 18yo dip**** who just got his 5.0 litre thinks itd tuff needs to be taught a lesson
see, their 5.0L is the world to them, they think their TUFF ****, cause cause i'm a **** i LOVE taking away their pride. Teach them at least somethign about bloody cars. And for your info, my BA will CHOP a 1999 VT series 1 SS with a 5.0L. This is the fastest production Holden from 1999, being CHOPPED by a 2002 model STOCK falcon motor. that wreckage

and as we have discovered also an XR6T will chop a HSV GTS

mmmmm, mate maybe u should read the article linked to at the top of this post, the 2008 FG XR6T is the "Fastest Australian production car" PERIOD, this is because the FG F6 is yet to be released, which will have 310Kw and the highest torque output of ANY australian producdion engine, WOOOOPSSSS did i say Australian? i'm sorry i accutaly meant AMERICAN, as your TUFF 6.0 litre Australian at all. You find me a STOCK VE GTS that will run 11 down the quater, and ill give it to you, ill go ****ing buy it
Pushrod Engines are great. I dunno what you fools are talking about. Plus your information is flawed with your 1999 VT SS 5.0L, why dont you actually know what your talking about before shooting your mouth off. Hope your proud of your BA Fairmont and your Chopping technique, maybe its the only thing your good at.
If your so good at chopping you may aswell get in my kitchen and start cooking.
Who said anything about stock? Fact is there isn't many low 11 XR6T's out there, Low 11's LS1/2's etc are everywhere.
Oh because you cannot read, O posted something from the article you said to read
FAIL for you.Meet the fastest Ford Falcon ever built – yes, even faster than the famous Falcon GT HO.
When this car actually gets on a real test strip and does real 1/4 mile times instead of pretend ones, then it will be recognised, until then the tests not on a track and with Gtech devices etc dont mean crap

how many low 11 second gtss are there from FACTORY anyway?
mate dont get me wrong, im holden thru and thru, but pushrods arent great, VVT is much better, smoother torque curb thus pulling well across the rev range. no pushrod motor that is factory will ever pull a curb that is as smooth as a vvt curb, if someone wants to prove me wrong on this im open to it, find me a curb of a standard pushrod v6
this is gettin a bit off topic. and just my two cents, if all you wanted to do all day is "chop" p platers, buy a bike? its obvious that if your into that; it dosent matter how you do it, as long as you do?
ok ok, i don't really give a **** about modified Holdens or Fords, a bloody toyota corolla will do 10s down the quater too if u spend $40,000 on it, who knows maybe even less. the ONLY figure that matter is factory, FULL STOP.
