Man i can't believe it, it tryed dragging off my mates XR4 POS and i got beaten, thats bloody unacceptable. he told me it was stock. what do u rekcon? what mods can i do to keep it in its place?

From what I've heard, the XR4 is meant to clock 0-100 in just under 8 seconds. That's not too shabby, but a mint 5.0 V8 commy should still be a little faster than that

Wheels only managed mid 16sec 1/4 mile times out of the little thing, but we all know they can be a little off. They also claim mid 8s 0-100.

XR-4's are non turbo. Just an n/a 2.0l.

various different models were made .. including the xr4 x 4 all wheel drive ..turbo . even my ssv would have trouble keeping up with one of those .. hence the reason that those and ths cozzies were removed from the supercar series years ago !

Theres an XR5 Turbo which is based on the Ford Focus which looks pretty much exactly like the Fiesta. The Fiesta just comes as NA 4. So yeah, beaten by a XR4 Fiesta, you fail.

The XR4 is a 2L N/A fiesta with 110kw(no such thing as an AWD Turbo version)...0-100 in just under 9 seconds...they are lil nuggets with stripes. If ur VN 5L got beaten by one of them , ur car has serious problem or something...

However you may have mistaken it for the XR5 Turbo Focus which does 0-100 in 7.5 sec and has 166kw and FWD not AWD...even then i still would have thought a VNSS was quicker then that...hell my BA XR6 pulls just under 7 sec 0-100 and all i have done is the filter and changed to XR6T intake piping.

The little cars that do go are the VW Golf GTi's and mazda 6 MPS...they are lil slingshots...

wasnt the mazda 6MPS and the focus built on the same platform and are basically the same under the shell?
