    I reckon it actually looks pretty sweet tbh, it'd probably be a good car if it wasn't encumbered and was going, but really, ****s me if i'm going to buy an encumbered car, lol.

    if you buy an encumbered vehicle, that means the responsibility of making the remaing payments transfers over to you, correct?

    i also love how when someone asked the question on the auction the seller did their best to avoid answering it. they probably bought it from motor finance wizard on one of their 'no intrest' loans. you know the ones where you pay 15K for a bog stock VN with 3 billion kays on the clock? lol

    Indeed it does, thats why its always a good idea to do a REVS check when you're looking at buying a car. Yeah, it costs something like 20 bucks, but its much better than running the risk of having to pay back someone else's frigging loan!!!

    And Motor Finance Wizard, lol, I've always thought their ads looked dodgy, even before I started hearing the stories.
