Speeding fines in N.S.W

We have two trucks at work that run up to Canberra from Melbourne every night .One of the trucks as been caught speeding 3 times over a period of three months by the same driver ( who no longer works for us ) I was told by a mate that if this truck gets fined again it will be banned from N.S.W for two months , does anyone know if this is true . Also does anyone want a job driving from Dandenong to Canberra every second night , must have HR licence send me a P.M.

im sure on the third offence its illegal to drive the vehicle in the state, but im not sure perhaps you can pin the driver if its a company truck.

but yeah a rule of that description does exist.
