I found out a few years ago that they're capable of speeding, amazingly. Back in 2005 a few mates and I were speeding through Rocky in a clapped out 1980's Laser. The thing had been to the moon and back, and was basically ready for a demolition derby, but even so, with 6 mostly overweight adults in the car and a bootload of shopping, the thing could still do 80 in a 60 zone haha

So yeah, they are more than capable of towing

Yeah, she's written off for sure. She scooped me up from behind. Her radiator's almost horizontal, and the bonnet looks like a pyramid.
