Default Anyone have damaged fog lights?

Hey all, at the title asks ... does anyone have damaged fog lights they'd like to offload?

I'm after the genuine plug for them for a little project I'm thinking of doing to the VZ Acclaim that involves using the fog light wiring (before you say it, yes it has fog light wiring there)

I'm wanting to get 2x genuine fog light plugs/wiring harnesses so I can easily disconnect it later on down the track. I dont really feel like paying $130 each (or whatever it is) for brand new foggies, or even buying second hand lights, when all I'm going to do is cut off the wiring harness.

I thought I might have some luck, someone might have damaged a fog light when they've hit something or had a rock smash the glass or something, and held onto them "just in case" - thats the Commodore owners oath, to keep everything "just in case its useful"

If you do please let me know.

What? My VX Commodore S that came without driving lights had the wiring harness and even the light in the intruments. All I had to do was by the lights, the relay and the switch.

yeh this topic comes up all the time

My VX Executive Series 1 had the wiring there and I had someone on this very forum call me a liar and tell me it wasnt true - yet magically when I put in the switch, relay and lights it worked so I'm guessing it had something connecting the 3

My VZ Acclaim has the wiring there, Ive double checked

From what I can make from it its a hit and miss when it comes to it. Although if its going to start another argument (coz Ive done that before about this topic) then just say the car has the police wiring pack and leave it at that

My VX Commodore S that came without driving lights
theres some roumer that says the S packs had the wiring there because the bumper clearly supported the fog light, but everything else didnt but as I said my Execcie did and clearly its bumper was never intended to have foggies fitted, same with the Acclaim.

Well why couldn't they do the same for the vz then?

If you had thought about it earlier I could have given you one connector from the foglight I smashed
