What are your thoughts on the new tax?

What do you think about the new tax on pre-mixed drinks? Do you think it will slow "binge drinking" like it is supposed to or do you think that people will just move to other drinks?
I think that people will save up and have one huge night rather then go out every weekend. Which is still "binge drinking".
What are your thoughts?
