    Default so hiyas all

    first up lemme begin by sayin awesome forum, i've been lurking for ages.

    second up i have fat fingers and poor proof reading skills when it comes to registration "testpilot" was supposed to be just that and not "teastpilot" - not that there is anything wrong with being a kiwi but i'm not...

    A bit about me i guess. i'm 37 male, married, 1 dog 2 cats, a VK vacationer commodore i did my liscene test in and brought from my grandparents a coupla yrs ago (very attached to this car cause i waited the best part of 16years to buy it), and a VP berlina donor car i bought yesterday.

    I'm a non practicing mechanic by trade (lol). I'm currently not working, well kinda, i'm semi retired to acheive some life goals, finishing the renovations on my house (keeping my significant other happy), bringing my VK into the unleaded age, and retraining for another carreer.

    i have a few technical type questions i'll ask in the appropiate forums here, just wanted to kick in and say g'day.

    Welcome! Whats the condition of the VK? Since I'm assuming its a 1 owner car, i'd guess its pretty clean? Feel free to post up some pics in the "My Ride" section...always good to see an old gal in good original condition, not too many around these days

    only have 2 piks of her so far, i will post em up in the my ride section.

    Mr. Mod i dunno y the post had to be moderated, and a name change would be awesome, i think another post i made has been moderated as well, some questions in the "installing a v6 into your early commodore thread", i'm hope i'm doing the right thing, i haven't seen it post up yet.
