i was just woundering what the see me home headlamps do.

They stay on for a short while after you turn the motor off and lock the car. I have them on the VZ.

The term 'see me home' means they light the way to the front door, assuming you are in the driveway, even after you have alighted the vehicle.

I have quite a few people yell after me a night as I walk away from the car 'excuse me, you have left your lights on.'

its funny as when mates are like- dude, your lights are on. i know when there about to turn off so i often say "oh yeah, *click my fingers*" and there like WTF? lol.

When I get to work in the mornings its still dark enough to get my lights on so when I get to work and I lock the car I always get people saying "yeah mate you left your lights on" when I reply "its ok its automatic" it suddenly becomes a talking point and they want to know what my cars like to drive etc.
