Hey to all.
My Name is Jase and Im from Sydneys west!
About 3 weeks ago I purchased my 1st Holden which is a VY1 SS.
For the last solid 7 yrs I have been a car lover from V8s right through to Jap Imports and 3 weeks ago I traded in my beloved Nissan 300ZX TT to cross over to the world of V8s.
Since Ive been into cars Ive never took a liking to Holdens but when I was looking at purchasing a new V8 the 5.4L XR8 just didnt cut it for me. I got bored of it before the test drive was even over. Though in saying this I owned an EF XR6 and the 300ZX both bearing the No. plates "HA2HSV".
Once I took the 5.7L for a test drive, I truly didnt look back and though my Z was considerbly quicker then my new SS, like my mates say, thats was a boys car and Im now a man.![]()
The car is totally fresh with not even an exhaust on it, 6spd Manual with around 120K on the clock. Sounds clean and interiour is immac with 3 yrs warrenty.
Anyways I dont want to bore u all but wanted to do an intro. Hope too see you all soon on a cruise and look forward too the meet.
Kindest Regards,
Jase.

yeh definatly, I got my Machanic Auto Tec Engineering who work there magic for me and 1st thing is I need sound so a decent exhaust is 1st up then the cold air with shortly after re-tuning the EMS. With these 3 things he told me I can get a solid 230rwkw so thats whats on the agenda......

Yes welcome to the dark side which is very clear and full of light..
My nephew had gone the other way, Bought himself a EFII Falcon, Wont be long he will be back soon, Hasn't had the car 1 week and it has a list of issues,
Worse being how does a car pass RWC with only 1 head light. Looks mint in and out but for some weird reason it's falling apart on him.

Nah man, i drove a fair few Bosses and on honestly, though I was a major for man, they never done much for me. When I use to race them in my 300ZX i never even had to switch it to high boost, leave it on low boost and still beat them, atleast with the SS's I had to flick it over to high if i wntd to pull away...
