    Default sound deadening/dampening

    do any of you guys know if jb hifi sell stinger sound proofing?, im after a cheaper alternative to dynamat and curious if people know where you can buy it, ive exhausted the places in town that i think would have it

    They can get it in. But they will charge you through the roof. Better off buying Dynamat off egay, i got an extreme bulk pack for $220. Bloody cheap.

    JB HI FI sell the bulk packs for well over $500 last time i checked.

    ok sweet, i was looking at that edead v1^2 bulk pack on ebay for 120 for 30 sq foot,
    but when i was researching this stuff i come across a few people commenting on how it falls apart?

    I did my entire boot, stuck like **** to bedsheets. As long as you aren't worried about extra weight in your car, because Dynamat weighs a bit.

    But thought it was VERY easy to lay down (Dynamat has a backing you peel off and just stick it down and push parts of it to work it into grooves and ridges etc) and works VERY VERY well. I was impressed with the results. Before i ditched the big stereo in my car, i ran a single JL W3 V3 12" in a box i built to JL spec, and fark me the bass was smooth.

    Look up DYANMAT EXTREME on egay, you will find it on there
