Half the cars you spot could be people that have put cop lights in to look cool

In SA - VE undercover cars dont have the rear window louvre anymore, have numerous antennas on the rear window, they have lights in bottom corners of rear window, lights infront of the rear vision mirror up front, standard SILVER wheels with hubcaps, all have mudlfaps, some have tinted windows and some have RPA ( rear park assistance ) and they are noticably lower than a standard VE Omega.

easy pick as they have a roof rack cage with spotties on all for corners and genrally dark tinted windows

And add to that the ones out north (based as Salisbury and Elizabeth) have non factory spotlights. Not sure if any have them hooked up for better visibility when the red and blues are on, never been pulled over by one.

The first black land cruiser i seen patrolling here had Vic plates, so i guess that was the pilot vehicle, then SA bought their own.

People who don't street race should be ok. These cars wouldn't risk losing there cover just for a bretho check.

well...a lack of towbar for city people anyways.

spotted a ford territory last night. dark silver, black tinted windows from the rear seat back.
4 cops in it...standard alloys, 3 aerials, radio/scanner on the dash.

Lack of tow bar in the city doesn't mean anything either. We have plenty in the city with tow bars.

also look for them to be lowered
the exec's the cops use around here are a lot lower than standard exec's

best advice though, follow the road rules then you have no need to look out for cops

There's a REALLY obvious Silver VE Omega around my area. They put a towbar and roof racks on it, presumably to try and make it blend in... ... the only problem is, I've NEVER seen another omega with those roof racks to this day Seen the car maybe a half dozen times on duty, and am yet to see them using the racks

Exactly, bigger fish to catch. Word speads quickly when someone sees a undercover popo in a flash car.

ive seen a couple of Aurions, Territory's,, and the odd Magna 380, around here....
they are now startin to use the new Camry's, and i definetly have seen a newish model Lancer runnin the Warrego Hwy also.....

i just look for the screens on the dash, stocko interceptors, and the lowered stance of them here..
plus they can handle the corners in town really well.. better than your everyday commy or such cars..

No cop in their right mind would fine you when reporting an accident. There is more to your story that your not disclosing.

Storm chaser, not entirely needed just for safety if im getting some pictures or video while on side of highway and dont want to get cleaned up, its detachable so it stays in the back so the car looks "normal"
