    Default Plastic Welders in SA?

Wasn't sure weather to put this in the SA section or not, because there might be some companies that are Aus Wide.

Anyone know of a plastic weldering company?

Need to get the rear lip for my wagon modded to fit properly, and the only Fiberglass copys out there are ****

Ring a motorbike repair place. They all do perfect plastic welding.

I got a quote to repair a pretty banged up fairing, it was $200. They should charge much less to modify the lip. You would have to be very specific as to what they have to do though.

Yeah, all it needs is the exhaust hole moved over a little, and the sides shortened.
Whoever i get to do it, i'll be giving them a bumper aswell so they have it in front of them to work with.

Never thought of asking a bike place, cheers.

Farlig, do you remember the shop name? or the side its on?

Turns out Genuine holden plastic (the yellow stuff) can't be wleded together.

Might have to get a fibreglass rear.

Being a welder by trade I can say Yep you melt the stuff just like when you weld steal.
