Ring a motorbike repair place. They all do perfect plastic welding.
I got a quote to repair a pretty banged up fairing, it was $200. They should charge much less to modify the lip. You would have to be very specific as to what they have to do though.
Yeah, all it needs is the exhaust hole moved over a little, and the sides shortened.
Whoever i get to do it, i'll be giving them a bumper aswell so they have it in front of them to work with.
Never thought of asking a bike place, cheers.
