    Default *DROOL* Production Camaro...

Since seeing the concept in Transformers I have been, and still am, a HUGE fan of the new Camaro. I can't wait to see one in the flesh but I'm still not 100% on the interior. Actually, I think it's just the tiller and handbrake lever that stand out like herpes on a cats bum!! I'll be waiting until I can sit in and drive one before making my mind up on trading in the Clubby.

Production 2010 Chevrolet Camaro images, details leaked!

Although the Camaro will compete in the $20,000 - $30,000 range, its interior looks quite upscale for this price point.

GM executives have publicly said Chevy expects to sell over 100,000 Camaros per year with pricing for the V6 model starting in the $20,000 range
Fair amount of inf/specs on the above site.

Cool... so we will probably be lookin @ around 40G+ for them here probably...

THough pretty nice car for that either way...

The interior is interesting... I like it... Its like... aggressive and not over refined...

Just notice on of the guages is a "torque" indicator ... nice

The pricing will be a problem for AUS. The mustang was around 30,000 US which in the end costed about 100K australian by the time you facter in all the taxes and levies.
Not a great price for a "cheap" car.

Thats pretty special being able to see it driving down an Australian road when it wont be for sale to the public in America until March 2009

wonder how much the owner paid to get him/herself one so early

Probably not - but it should be. Engineered on the Australian Zeta platform (VE Commodore). Starting at around $20,000 in the USA so the V8 SS will probably be around $30,000 - $40,000 in the USA.

If it's less than $60,000 in Australia, I'll be happy and will probably buy one. Problem is, it will probably be priced up around $90,000 - $100,000

Yeah pretty much what I said already.

The mustang suffered the same fate, and this is supposed to be an inexpensive car in the states.

    There is better value elsewhere.

SEX!!!!..... ALways wanted a 60's Camaro, always loved them, but when the new one is nice as. I love how they still have the old style gauges but a bit more modern. Excellent work. Lets hope they are reasonably priced in Aus.

Yeah it is very bulky. But it does look tough as nails. The interior looks **** hot, has the old school styling with modern technology.

Would be good to see them in Australia, lots of the Coupe fans will be eating this up.
