Jesus ****ing christ. That's a fair decent haul of goods to be stolen. It was either a very well planned inside job, or as you just said, someone forgot to lock up and set the alarm. Besides all the parts, 3 cars stolen too. It would have taken them a little while.

Yeah it is a very good inside job, they gone through the roof and disabled the alarm system.

These guys will probably stick 20 million stickers on the cars, a few Jap letters on the bonnet, and it will look like every other bowl of rice on the road.

LMFAO, true, but the people who actually owned it would be able to spot it

Definantly. I'd be more inclined to keep an eye out on Egay for alot of this stuff. Either that, or the people who did this job, already have a waiting market for this stuff to go directly to. Like a "steal it and pass it straight on cash in hand" sort of deal. I doubt they would hold onto this much stuff for very long without having someone for it to go directly to.

Someone done some planning to pull that off. Although I guess once security has been knocked out, 30 minutes, 2 trucks and a few people and you could have everything in 2 40' containers going down the highway no-one the wiser.

Throw containers onto a ship... goodbye parts/cars forever.

Having seen some of the things I have disappear on a truck, the hardest part is pretty much getting into the building/compund.

Remember Telstra here had a float/low loader knocked off. While that was being hooked up, they decided to throw a grader on as well. Took just over 30 minutes and that gear was never seen again (probably on a mine site somewhere).

heres the latest from skylines australia fourm:

Hi guys, what a day yesterday was.

I am pleased to report that there has been some great news overnight.

Darron's GTR, and the second R32 GTR have both been recovered, and a large quantity of stolen stock has been located, however we are yet to see it and reconcile to see exactly what is there and what is still missing.

The best part however, is 3 individuals have been arrested and charged.

We are still searching for the Yellow EVO 7 and hope that we get some good news on that shortly.

On behalf of the whole team here at Just Jap, we wish to thank all of you for keeping your eyes and ears open - We really appreciate all the support.

    Regards,

    Steve Thatcher
