unfortunatly that camera anlge is only really of benefit for the driver. need some shots from the outside to really see how it goes. still, not bad.

yeah its nice but i think i would rather a corrvette (that has the same engine). much better looking car and lighter than a big commy. as steery said its just a ve that looks slightly different with a bigger engine. it would have been nice if it was more unique

however if i had 75x more money to spend on a car, the w427 would be on of the last cars i would consider buying.

they should have made the coupe instead, now that would have been a classic. i think the group a ss vn was in their minds when they made this, the vn looked extremely similar to the standard ss, but i dont think that sort of thinking is really gonna cut it.

i honestly think that people who buy the w427 as an investment will be sorely dissapointed.

i guess like all cars its personal opinion, the fact they arent making many of them is whats attracting people to them

i completely understand that and i CAN see the attraction, but i also know that people will buy these as an investment. and i cant see a car that looks the same as the model it was based off with some added extras will gain in value like it did 20 years ago. times have changed.

Hopefully Top Gear Australia tests it and we can see how it goes on a track against other big hitters...I was going to say supercar but i'm not so sure it is.

Hopefully Top Gear UK tests it, they seem to love anything Walkinshaw. They love the Monaro and the R8. Iv got a feeling if Aussie top gear test it they might be a tad bias and untrue as they might now want to **** people off in the first season lol

Did anyone else notice for a professional driver, he didnt hold the wheel at ten to two lol, but the thing that really suprised me is that he puts his thumb inside the wheel.... isnt that the big NO NO especially in motor sport??

depends on the driving style, there was a racer in some exotic car series a few years ago who won a few races (i cant remember the name or series, i was watching it on speed week) that used to ALWAYS drive with only one hand on the steering wheel.

there is also a driving style used by some racers where the hands are predominantly at 4 and 8 and the wheel is fed through the hands.

edit: im sure you could make a vp clubby spin through second if you dumped it on the change lol.
