I've been noticing cat paw prints on my bonnet, not sure which cat, but it seems to like sleeping on my bonnet.
I gave my car a thorough wash yesterday and I thought maybe it was happening when I park the car behind the rollerdoor. So I parket it infront of the roller door but still undershade. I get up this morning to inspect my car, sure enough dirty paw prints and fur all over my bonnet.
Anyone else had this problem?
I believe the best way to combat this would be to put a cover on my car except it would suck because I would need to take off the cover when I leave for work and put the cover back on at night.
I might just have to take it like a man and just give the bonnet a wipe every few days.
Really its annoying when you spend time cleaning your car and getting it nice when a stray cat decides to make your car home...Am I being a grumpy old fart...
Buy a pellet gun........
I ****ing hate cats. But fair enough, not everybody does, i'd say just get a cover mate, not a great deal you can do.
dam i thought we were tlaking about slappers... my bad.
Yeah i get he cat on my bonnet 2days a week when i park under the carport, but when i park outside of it, i dont get itim just lucky.
dont worry, il start a ride thread soon.
nothing wrong with getting some pussy on ya bonnet
Pity the only pussy you get is on your bonnet and nowhere else![]()
so true...
Hahaha sorry Tristan, you left yourself open for that one, i had to say it![]()
Maybe I should get my own cat to guard my car... I mean a lion is classed as a cat...
My cat loves to jump and sun bake on my car just after Ive washed it.

i get called tiger... coz i go the growl.
The next door neighbour cracks the ****s about our cat, so he moved his car... didnt stop our cat jumping on there car... and they feed it in the monring.. so ofcourse its guna keep going back.
dont worry, il start a ride thread soon.
ive got the same problem
but this cat jumps for the native bird feeder i have set up in the back yard
a few times ive nearly caught it.
well i put a brick on the bird feeder plate..... yesterday i woke up to see the stupid has jumped up knocked the brick off and the brick kinda fell down onto the cats head......... it was a gonner lol. took it to the pound and they turned it into ashes
it was a mogrel cat had orange white brown black patched through it looked scruffy
I shouldn't laugh...but I am... I will definately not be putting a brick on my paint work!
This problem would be solved so easily if people kept their cats indoors.
Car theives should be treated just like horse theives and cattle rustlers in the days of the wild west... Hang them!
Don't be stupid. Power isn't measured by the size of your tacho
ive had the same problem , solution , slug gun , they are only a feral domestic that should have never been introduced in the first place , if the owner of the cat gave a rats arse they would keep it inside.
as the saying goes
"looking for your cat? check under my tyres"
HONESTLY OFFICER, IT WAS CONSECUTIVE U TURNS..
ive been told that (in ACT anyway) you can legally (and humanely) trap any animal that is considered a nuisance and take it to the RSPCA.
use a pressure washer, wate for the lil **** one night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cats like to sleep on the bonnet cause its warm on there, you can have a spray bottle handy and give it a quick spray with, I think its called "cat off?" you can get it from the pound add it to water and cats hate the smell let alone the fact that its wet, have no idea what the stuff may or may not do the the paint work though. I doubt very much as i am fairly sure it is all herbal stuff.
I dont drink these days. I am allergic to alcohol and drugs. I breakout in handcuffs!
The less people know about how sausages and laws are made, the better they'll sleep at night.
My staffy takes care of cats. Already taken 2 cats to the neighbours a little worse for wear. Ive got a problem with possums and my car, but its always fun sitting on the verandah waiting for them with a bb gun in hand.
