Crap that would hurt, poor bloke trained for years and to have an injury like that I feel sorry for him.

off the subject... i went to the docs about 3 years ago and said i was going to the gym to lose some fat. i asked him what my ideal weight should be so he measured and weighed me. i was told that my ideal weight was no more then 70 kilos. i nearly fell over backwards. if i weighed 70kg i would look like a toothpick. i mean, i have a fairly heavy build, but 70kg is impossible.

back on the subject of weight lifting... another doc told me that i have the ideal frame for the sport - short with a heavy frame. almost makes me wish i did something about my fat earlier.. i would be in my prime now!

OUCH! Anyone see the bloke on Oprah (forget that question lol)... There was a guy on Oprah who was doing steroids while weightlifting, did it so hard his muscle actually popped open, will hunt down the pics and post later.

I'm thinking about giving Duromine a go as soon as I see my Dr and see whats its all about, apart from the side effects a few of my mates and my sister have had great success using it...and yes I know, ya'll gonna say the same as everyone else....Speed!

lol at those photos. I was lucky enough to go to the sydney oplymics with my parents as a kid and i saw some weightlifting. Saw a german dudes knee just blow apart. Biggest ****ing pop ever and he just hit the deck screaming. As an 11 year old i found it super funny but would have sucked for the bloke lol

No actually I will be honest, I don't exercise, not full on anyways. I have started playing netball and walk the kids to school & back each day, other than that there isn't much time with study, kids, activities, work etc etc. I would love to have the time to play netball twice a week, or get back into riding. Next year when my boys are both in full time school I will be able to

Guess you can say I do want an easy & quick way out.
