It's gay, hunt around dude, i waited a while and ended up scoring a VS Senator, totally unmodified and almost 100% immaculate, apart from the rear resonator being cut out, power sunroof, devonish / flinders interior, climate control etc etc in Cherry Black with 140,000 on the clock for $12,000 with no RWC. And it passed a RW with no probs.

That thing is lame because it looks nowhere near original anymore. I got all my tacky interior and exterior modding out of my system when i owned my VP, bought this car 3 weeks ago, and to me, it would be a complete shame to modify the body or interior.

As for the driveline...........that's a different story.

Yep, it's a Harrop 5.7 304 block stroker. Power wise (and true, i don't like LS1's) you would be better off getting an LS1 instead of a 215i VS HSV.

ive already got a senator... i picked mine up for $8200. i was just flicking through and saw this one and thought ohh no what have they done

Aside from the DVD screen's in the interior I don't know what your all complaining about. Looks pretty nice. Your all carrying on likes it's some rare collectible. A side from the Brock's and the two Group A's no commodore/HSV is something I would consider a rare collectible.
As for the price, you could most likely crunch him a bit, but for a GTS with airbags, 20's, leather trim, etc it's not that bad a price.

It's airbrushed, not decals which take a lot of skill to do. What's wrong with airbags? Tons of people fit them to their cars, easiest way to have a dumpt car and not get defected.
As for the wheels what's wrong? They are just a basic black 5 spoke.......
Each to their own, but it's not as bad as you are all making it out to be.

i seen this thing last weekend at the street commodores cruise for charity in qld, i thought it was rather nice, i just dont like the stupid "my ass is dragging and my nose is pointing at the sky" look.

the paint job on it is realy nice in person except the tail lights were green and looked cheap.

i definatly wouldnt do this to a senator though..
