first and final warning that if this thread becomes a **** fight i'll overstep my legal responsibility and ban people...
Hmmm, you didnt happen to be in sale on saturday night?? jks mate.... Let them fight its amusing.... seriously though that juon id be interested to hear more about what they are allowed to do and what they are not... obviously this one has stepped out of line.
And for the record, it has been noted to the police, but my name has not been given, as I would prefer to stay out of it as already stated I had been drinking and dont think the police will take me seriously, plus I dont want to get in trouble lol..... The main thing is that the matter has been sorted very professionally, and I highly doubt he will be working in this field again.
He'll get a job somewhere else, there's a lot of cowboy security mobs out there still (and a lot of very dodgy people employed in the industry), I had a run in years ago with a rather large Islander bouncer at the venue I was a duty manager at when one night he asked me if I could close early so he could go out partying with a new girl we had working
When I said no he got a 'little' agro, slammed me into the wall and said he was going to flog me and drop me off somewhere in the bush then preceded to threaten the other staff on duty that if they had a problem with him as well they would go too
Called his boss from the strongroom in the venue and he calmed him down and removed him then fired him a few weeks later
A few months afterwards he started working at a mates venue until he was charged with pushing a lovely elderly gentleman down the stairs and last I heard he was doing jail time for raping a girl at a nightclub he was a bouncer at
You certainly treated the situation the right way though, some others after a few drinks would have had been shouting back at him and rapidly escalating the situation
If ignorance is bliss why aren't there more happy people around ?
people say you would have got in **** from the 5/0, may i ask, how?
he hits you, you and a mate turn back and drop him then walk away?
how exactly do you think your going to get charged unless there is security footage that does actually make it to the police? and even so, that footage would show an unprovoked assault in which you turned after being hit, dropped them and left.
Their wouldnt of been footage, and I know that, their would of been witnesses unless I done it in the street when he grabbed my bag. It was the end of our night, I was tired, i just wanted to walk home in peace not have to fight a knob head security gaurd.
If the police got involved they would of believed him and its to obvious..... Im 17, had a bit to drink and had alcohol in my possession, my mate (17)was pretty drunk, and the girl(16) had, had way to much to drink. So if we did fight him and won, we are still going to look like we started it, not to mention a fair chance he kicked our ass as he was already in a rage..... and to prove what? That we are bigger then him... not worth it.
