What a Tough security Gaurd
On Saturday night I went out with a few mates, walking home we were walking past a function in a hall which had a security gaurd. We were only walking down the footpath walking past, when this security gaurd starts mouthing off to us. We just ignored it and kept walking, he proceeded to call us f'n fags, to "kents", and called my female friend a cheap slut. As ****ed off as we were we ignored it, he then told us he could f'n smash us caus we are weak "kents", we kept walking, and just as we got out of the light we here someone chasing us. He grabbed my bag and went to king hit me, we ended up sprinting off, but WTF hes the one that is suppose to be stopping fights, not starting them..... We never got close enough to see which company he was from, but I have a fair idea.
Sorry for the rant, im just disgusted with his behavior.

That's pathetic, you'd be able to trace it back fairly easily. Call the function hall and find out who was booked in and find out through either the function hall or the people booked in who did security. Call the police and report him.

you did the right thing by running, it may not be good for your pride at the time, but it's smart and mature, it would look bad if you nad your mates all bashed him, he would then say you started it, blah blah blah.
unfortunatly there are ********s out there, did you ever consider he may have mistaken your group for another group that may have very recently caused trouble, sometimes I found it easier to walk up on my own to groups/people like this and ask them.

you'd be suprised how many of them will think they know/knew you and accuse you of having done something you didn't 99% of the time simply explaining to them that your not who they think you are and that you have no intention of fighting can resolve a situation in under five minutes.
From memory the last good fight I got in was like going 40 rounds in a boxing ring, we ended up so exhausted, no one would give up and it made a friggen mess.

I was with my mate whos this lanky as **** who couldnt fight his way out of a paper bag lol, and a chick. Wasnt going to fight back, cause thats all he wanted.... plus he had the backup of entire party and i had my lanky mate and a little chick haha.
Yeah didnt think of tracing it back that way, might do and report him to the company.... Not going to have him charged, to much ****ing around and probly wont get anywhere anyway. But he will be reported, if he works for the company I think, it will be dealt with professionaly.

Yeah definately trace it back mate, ring up the company and tell them how disgusted you are and that you want somthing done about it.

I'd report him - if he's behaving like that it gives the rest of them a bad rep.
Nothing I hate more than people who think they're God simply because they're a security guard.

Hahaha, yeah true except this guy was a bit more then all talk.
Nah I wasnt going to approach him haha, He was probly a good 50 metres away when he first started mouthing off, so it would of been hard for him to even think we were someone else.
Yeah going to chase it up tonight when I get home, and if nothing is done about it, im sure my mates will have fun stirring him up lol, but im 99% sure I know which company, and they will have it sorted quick smart.

Noone has ever tried this on me or group of friends im with, cause people like that dont have the nuts to take on someone their own size...
If it as me i would of been a smart ass, had a mate stand back and take a video on their phone... even if you just run off and do nothing about it.. WATCH THEIR FACE'S THE NEXT DAY IN COURT, THEN JUST WINK AT THEM. although i am a smart ass at times i would definately do that to see their faces the next day after theyve bitten off more than they can chew

Security guards just try to prove how "tough" they are, because they are sooky they couldn't make the police force, or were too fat and stupid to even get their foot in the door of the Police academy.
Bloody useless rent-a-cops. Always trying to prove how "tough" they are. I saw 3 security guards get absoloutely slaughtered once in the city outside the club they were supposed to be looking after. The patrons they threw out turned around and beat the **** out of all 3 of them

Nah see I didnt want to stir him, it the end of towards the end of the night, I just wanted to walk home in peace. I think if it wasnt a security gaurd I would of reacted differently especially when he called my friend a slut. But the fact that its a security gaurd, hes just going to look like a victim.
It wouldnt be self defence mate, its a security gaurd, he would just say we started it, and acted as per his training. I think we did the best thing by ignoring it, and running when he grabbed my bag. No point flattening him as tempting as it was, its his word against mine.

THE OUTCOME..........
Got onto the company, it was who I thought, and I spoke to the owner (hes an old mates dad), he quite glad to hear from me. It wasnt the first complaint hes had about the night, he picked fights with people attending the function, and he called the police after he was hit two blocks away from where he was suppose to be gaurding. The security gaurd wont explain why he was two blocks away. The owner was quite happy I rang caus he knows my story will be nothing but the truth and just backs up the other complaints.
Their not sure if his outbursts were influenced by drugs, but he wont be having a job for very long. Karma

Depends steery, im cautious of what i do now after i got charged a few years ago which resulted in 200 hours community service. Once you go through something like that, if your smart, you think about what you do in the future
Tom, if you know the same guard is going to be there at a later date, phone the cops and have them wait around the corner to catch him in the act. Im sure you would be happier to see him loose his job, security license, and the satisfaction of waving to him as he gets carted away in a paddy wagon haha
