But at the end of the day its probly true because ppl like us who are part of a car club with a modded car we are the good drivers cause we want the less possible attention from the jacks as possible, but the real hoons are the P platers in stock as a rock VN's VK's ect that have a single pegger and go twice as hard around corners to cop fully sick duallys, there the real wankers, i'am not have a go at ppl on here who have stock commodores, but the ones that arent part of a car club and just cause kaos on the streets..

Erm righteo...most of the wankers I see on the roads arent just P Platers, nor do they just drive the cars you mentioned. I have seen ********s in new HSV's, new bmw's, new prosches, in ****box VL's, in ****box falcons etc. In fact it has been a little while since I seen a P Plater hooning about.

I was listening to the radio today (2GB in Sydney) and Ray Hadley actually commented on the article, then spoke to the d***head who did most of the talking during the show. He admitted, when questioned about his comment that driving improved when speeding because concentration improved, that he had been paid to say that by the reporter! When questioned further regarding payment, he would not divulge the amount but later admitted that payment covered his fuel costs for the day.

I treat Today Tonight and A Current Affair with disdain most days, but when you get this sort of chequebook reporting, the credibility and integrity of all connected with the production of these shows takes a dive to even greater depths than normal.

Unfortunately, there are enought nitwits out there to become involved in such crap reporting, that there will always be the opportunity to present this garbage. Miss Meow - if you are reading this, this is quite likely what A Current Affair had in mind for your and your friends before you wisely withdrew.

and the first, the second, and i think the third video of (hoons) were all commodores... then they went to the video of the car doing a burnout in the carpark, think it was a skyline or something like that....(that was shown 2 or 3 times through the story)..

Unfortunately, these people (hoons) exist, and are targeted because of the ratings they will get. Not just from other hoons who loved it, sensible modders who disapprove of it, but also people that can sit back and say "i told you so".

These current affair programs will go to great lengths for a story, and for a few measly bucks, will get the story they are looking for.

This is why i luved The Chasers.
