I kinda agree with that. Except I would change the word "control" to "concentration". When traveling at slow speeds, your mind starts to wonder and you pay less attention to whats happening around you.

Look at the autobahn in Germany for example. When traveling at such speed, you have no other choice than to concentrate!

yeh i saw it bunch of idiots, did make the rest of people with performance cars look bad, my mates and i used to go to the drags when we were 18-19, but grew out of it pritty quick, not many v8's or 6 cylinders, they all seemed to be excels, carollas, and civics, with the odd v8 and a skyline shown.

guy down the road from me got busted via a report channel 7 did here in melbourne 6 years ago, they got his reg of the video of him doing a burnout, the cops got his number and asked him to come down to the cop shop with his car and that was it, car impounded, and fines, etc.

Who ****ing cares, it's their job to make things look worse than they are, they are the media. We all know there are ********s out there who are actually like the ones apparently on that segment.

Best thing to do is concentrate on the way YOU drive. And yes i know i would be thinking different if one of those ********s killed a member of my family or a close friend etc because of their idiotic driving, but then i'd also be up on a murder charge from hunting them down and giving them a nice hot bowl of poetic justice.

Just take a look at VSS's cruises, there is a prime example of idiot drivers. Just try and minimise the idiots on the roads by driving sensibly and make the majority of us look better. We can never eliminate all the ********s, so let's concentrate on harm minimisation.

I saw the show in full. The most obvious point to me was the incredible stupidity, ignorance and utter lack of any semblance of intelligence every one of them displayed. They had their five minutes of fame and they weren't going to let it pass.

Unfortunately, they will be seen as typical of the "P" plate mentality, because that's about all they were. Their cars were the usual sh**heap cheap and old Jap crap, being flogged to within an inch of their miserable lives. Burnouts, burnouts and more burnouts, with the occasion quick trip back and forth for the cameras. Baseball caps on backwards, hooded jackets, (with the hoods up, of course). Typical of the sh** for brains juveniles I see hanging around the local shopping centre every day.

And the comments! Someone else said they couldn't string two words together and that's pretty right. One smart a**e who did most of the speaking (and who looked Middle Eastern) obviously thought he was clever because he knew all the police tactics and how to get around them.
