I'ma female and i love my Holdens also. I have built my own Brocky Lookalike and i have built a 40,000 litre water tanker. I get phone calls from my friends when there is a problem with their cars that need fixing. I hate wearing dresses and skirts (althou i wore a skirt for the C4C5 charity cruise).

If guys have a problem with what you are into and what you do and are good at, they are not worht knowing or wasting your time on.

I have plenty of people that try and make themselves feel better by trying to put me down avout ****, but you know what? Who cares?

I know that i can do stuff on my own and not rely on anyone alse but myself, and that's exaclty what you should be thinking aswell.

You are who you are and if someone has a problem with that, they are not worth getting to know.

There are lots of guys out there that dif chicks that not only just drive a Holden, but can actually work on one aswell...........

I have stopped plenty of times and helped someone out on the side of the road. I have also worked with my mechanic for a few years, and it was great seeing the reactions of people when they saw a "chick" working int he workshop lol.

Keep being you and never change who you are for someone else thinking it is going to make them happy...........because you will be unhappy.

Very well said my friend i to work on my cars and help others out when needed, everything i know is self taught but i find sometimes that some guys find it intimidating.....

hehe and to solve the guys thinking its my bf's car lol i got personalised plates and number plate frames now they all know its my car....

I dont think guys wud be intimidated although i have a few guy friends & they think im pretty cool (i duno y but thats what they said 2 me lol LAME) coz i like 2 learn stuff about cars & know some stuff they wouldn't think i knew n if i don't know something they then laugh at me.
