As for keep right on any multi lane road, why? How the **** do you turn?
Have you ever actually driven at least a HA? I am presuming not by your comment, try driving up any melbourne multi lane rd and go from the left lane to the right lane to make a turn. It is near impossible with the wankers in Melbourne because once they see your indicator go on it is like a race to get past you.
Until there is no ****wits like this driving, the laws on keeping right in speedzones below 90 km/h will not change.
Ever made a type error? I guess not my wonderful..
    It should read keep left..

    BTW it's 80k in Victoria.

I am not saying you made a typing error, I agreed with what you were saying and understood it as not being able to stay in the right lane.

As for 80k's, wrong, it is speedzones ABOVE 80 that require you to keep left, 80 km/h zones you do not have to keep left

    I was saying i made a mistake.

In the paper a few week back, A guy or girl?, Made a comment on why they should be able to travel in the right lane all the time, Because at some stage, I might need to turn right?.
    What a crock.

I still think we turn left more then right.

    Yep ok got you..

The sooner we extend it to all multi lanes the better, We get frustrated on the road when 2 cars block both lanes below the marked speeds, They just don't need to be there unless turning in the next 500-2km.

The old joke about Asian drivers sitting in the right lane, Isn't funny, As they are only following the silly rules we have. The joke is on the government now.

For cars, all multi lane roads should be keep left, however, allowances would need to be made for heavy vehicles. try and geta drive through Melbourne as a passenger in a B-Double, it will seriously make you ponder wtf melbourne drivers are on. Makes me grateful my HC and MC were both done in geelong lol.

It's bad enough in a single trailer on the roads..

Friend has had that many accidents on the roads because of DH drivers his thinking of a carer change, Atleast before he looses his mind.

Good friend does the Geelong run twice a week i think?, For cadbury to Geelong, He wants me to go for a spin one day and see what he does.

One has to ponder what why there would need to be three laned roads. If every one is travelling at the limit of 80km/h they'd all need to be in the left lane and the middle and right hand lanes remain empty.
Of course the extra lanes are there to handle the volume of traffic and it would be ridiculous to have a rule that says keep left on multilane roads under 80km/h.
