I dissagree with all the "its easy" talk. I found it quite difficult, but i didnt give in i simply pushed through it. But theres got to be a dozen guys at work that have tried to quit and end up back on the fagz in a week or 2, and i can quite easily empathsize with them as to how hard it is.

It is hard, ive tried and failed, many times, At work, its especaly frustrating, 3 hrs without a smoke is about my limit while im awake ! But quiting weed was a walk in the park compared to this. Smoked weed for years, then one morning i woke up and decided **** it, im done, never touched the stuff again. Drinking was the same, though i still have the odd beers, i used drink like a fish aswell.

Smokes on the other hand cant seem to do it as easly unless i bite peoples heads off lol.

Yes a rambling all over the place post, but im tired, it makes sence to me

Ok Mr Expert, answer us all this. If is was so damn easy for everyone to just wake up and say 'I am not smoking anymore' and in your opinion once you have made your mind up to do so (willpower), then why do the official quit smoking sites have pages like this about facing difficult times?

Maybe because the experts on this subject, unlike you, can acknowledge that it is not always easy to give up smoking

But then I am sure those experts are wrong, as you never are hey?

They have sites like this to make people with no will power feel better about being a failure at attempting something.

I think what" Cousin No Smoke " means is that because Mummy and Daddy done it cold turkey , it must be easy .
