i dont think its a wise choice to have kids at 18. but there earning under 50k a year so when they want to/ can have children later in life they cant.

There wont be any rental properties left as there is not enough houses already. So all the rentals will be used up.
The Minux Government will steel all the rental properties from the wealthy and sell them to the renters and make a guzillion dollars. Minux the new Robin Hood
