hello there, just a bit of a dumb question did statesman come in utes?

ok just run a check on the VIN number and it says vgcommodore so does that mean its a statesman

just a old VG with a VS statesman nose swap and no they did not come out of the factory like this, its been a popular thing to put a upmarket front end on a bottom market car

Not at all rare, but still rather nice, would be nicer though if it had a full Stato interior and all....

There's no pics of the interior plus the seller only mentions VS statesman front. Supposedly its swapped panels, etc? heh

Where do you check the Vins cool vr manual, i have about 3000 i need to check.

around town we have 2 a black vg that some guy at our work owns and a vs thats been converted to a 1-tonner, again with a stato front, it comes to our work it looks good

A VS one-tonner Stato lookalike? Man that would look sweet! I'm assuming that its just a standard VS ute thats been converted into a tunna by NOTC, but still, it'd look damn sweet, and unique...

vg is the vn/vp ute, vq is the stato

VG is only the VN ute.


VPs just used the normal VP designation for ute.

yeah looks great, basically just a vs ute, back choped and welded, with an alloy tray, stato front and stato dash

saw a vn with a later modle statesman front......interior....and V8 in it today. Guy rebuilt it from shell up with basically brand new parts, statesman wireing loom, vx breaks......... spent **** loads on it (y i dunno haha) very nice car wants 6000 for it, Now being a vn with a statesman front on it it does look rather nice if i had the money i would buy it
