Default hawks president declares himself a moth

Jeff Kennett was quoted as saying on talkback radio yesterday, "when it comes to footy, Im just like any other football loving bogong".....LOL, wonder if he is from the same side of the tracks as the Rooster?

I seen Turnbull on the TV at the GF today, Wonder was he yelling for a grapple tackle at any stage?.

What is the point to this thread, really?

Seems like more pointless crap to me. If you can prove otherwise I wont delete it.

Does there have to be a point to it. Was there a point to starting a thread about the new liberal leader? or vacuum cleaners.
Well its here for entertainment, is that enough. and on a more political level it just shows another key liberal figure out of touch with the people, but you knew that didnt you?
I suppose its just plain upsetting for those who take their liberal politicians way too seriously. You would have been the first person to start one if Mr Krudd or Ms Dillard made a gaff like that.
Is that why you deleted it the first time? perhaps alert people to which forum rules you are invoking if you chose to delete it so we will all have a greater understanding of what is allowed, other than "moderators discretion"

New liberal leader, it creates discussion, people asking about vacuums want feedback on what to buy.

Do we really need to start threads about every person making a stupid error?

Seriously it is pathetic and pointless.

If so, can I make a pointless thread about the stupid error that is this thread?

    Perhaps you should read:
Just Commodores Admin/mods reserve the right to edit any part of, or whole post, signature, user title, avatar or anything in breach of Just Commodores community standards without warning, consultation or question.
If you have an issue with it contact admin@justcommodores.com.au

Also, if you knew it was removed the first time, why repost it? I could technically give you an infraction for this thread. While it is not written in the rules you knew it was removed the first time and chose to repost it which (in my opinion) is worth an infraction.

I knew the thread disappeared, but not for what reason......was it just a computer problem......I can guess but Im not psychic.
No, I didnt post the same thing a second time so , I retitled it and reworded it.

The hawks president not knowing the correct pronounciation of bogan, seemed to make plenty of discussion at the grand final party I was at.....eveyone calling each other bogong before the day was out! even yourself didnt see anything untoward when you asked what a bogong was?

when did threads in the pub come under incredible scrutiny for suitability.

If no is interested then it will die, there is nothing unsavoury, derisive or abusive in there. (or perhaps you can elaborate)

Certainly nothing like this one:Saint Krudd? DEAR GOD NO!!! which none of our moderators said boo about, why is that?

Yes, I can see the moderators have a "do anything they like clause", but where are the checks and balances to make sure that moderators dont abuse this power for their own political means?

OH MY GOD!!! You said something you didn't mean... I'm going to start a thread titled "comsirac said no instead of nobody" because it will generate discussion at my global warming party!

    You're such a hypocrit...

Nobody is perfect. So someone made a slip of the tongue? Big deal...

Good try CSP(another liberal speaks), a typo is not the same as a gaff where it is plain that someone doesnt know what they are talking about! Especially when it is in an attempt to align themselves with the general public.
Id find it just as commentable(if that's a word) if Mr Rudd(i didnt vote for him either) had made the same gaff, or any other polly for that matter.

It's not plain at all that he didn't know what he was talking about. Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending him - just pointing out the assumption that people think he doesn't know what he was talking about? Why can't someone simply make a mistake? Everyone does!

Pffft... Why do I even let myself get drawn into your moronic posts?
