Yes, I have. Didn't take acts of violence to resolve the issue, a simple little talk while he was in "suspension" worked a treat. He hasn't been on msn since the day it happened, so i can't add to the story, but going by some people i've met over the years, it wouldn't have to be something very bid for them to be out of control and do something like this.

My Bro is older than me, we have been fighting for months now because i gave him a full exhaust, cai, hsv tune, and full lowered suspension(shocks struts and all) , he gave me a $50 amplifier as mine blew up.
He then sold the car and didnt give me nothing then took his amp outta my car when i wasnt home as he wanted it back even though he gave it to me.
May sound like a biased story but he has anger issues also as i think he has taken too many illegal substances.

Sorry but until I hear a full story, why would I show respect? For all you know this guy could of slept with his brothers mrs, in which case, it is not enough damage.

As I said, I dare say we have a pretty bias story here, 1 car is trashed, 1 brother has 2 black eyes, swollen nose, pushed back teeth etc. Obviously something was said or done that we won't ever know about.

Had the dude said, i got home and my brother did this, I'd probably care, but the fact they had what sounds like a pretty violent fight means the guy possibly had it coming.

Hit the nail on the head - anger issues and substance abuse. Can have a devistating effect on a family.

He will only get worse if he seeks no help. Then he will start to steel things from home, then freinds, then get the sack if not already, then becomes unempolyed.. The spiral down is a sad path to follow.

Find out when and where he goes to score his next lot of drugs, follow him in a mates car, then ring the cops and have him busted on the spot, say you saw him selling or buying drugs, that way, the dealer gets busted, he gets thrown in jail and charged and you get your revenge.

That wont solve 1 thing man will only make it 10 times worse wen he finds his bro again its only askin 4 trouble, the only way out of it is 2 get help as said above but thats pointless until he admits he has a problem, otherwise u get nowhere. blood is blood but obviously he dosent see it that way. Doing what he did is pretty low if you ask me. id never speak to him again. But thats my opinion. any yeah, id sue him. and id be pretty patient, wait till he buys a new car- might take years but revenge is sweet if you get my drift.

if it was me i'd be doing this. i'd wait till he's all excited about something and then have it burning on the front lawn when he gets home while you stand there with your arms crossed and ask him how does it feel.
