I believe SOME ISP's are doing the Censor thing.. but not many...

The ones that are are doing a voluntary trial available to its customers. iiNet did offer the trial, then they found the list of censored sites and refused to take part on the grounds that it was, in their eyes, far too 'restrictive without cause'.
