Why not just use the VS 1" cylinder if its only going to be the standard VT brakes?
Very quick one, looking at upgrading brakes to VT type setup, i can get hold of all the parts easily enough however VS have a 7/8" master cyl and VT are 1" I wanna overcome the soft pedal as the VS's with ABS usually result in without chaning master.
Has anybody had much luck in regards to fitting a different higher volume
master to the original booster. Can a VT 1" be fitted or are there any other tips to know bout solving this prob, ur advice would be much appreciated. thank u... Adrian, and the vehice is a VS statesman if it makes a difference.

I have heard that it can be done but never seen it. If you are willing to go to that much trouble i would be inclined to just modify the vt booster and master in as a pair. You,ve then got the full proper setup then
I didnt kno that the VS did come out with a 1" man, i know that a VT master is known as a fast fill 1" so its a bit different but i may just leave the master and fit some braded front hoses which may firm the pedal up a bit. Thanks guys!
