Tailgate mods

I added another 'mod' to my tailgate tonight and consequently added a mod to what was the boot of a vk. Post up pics of what you have done to your tailgate/boot. will post up mine tomorrow when there is light for a photo

on the current vp tailgate, ive only shaved the rear wiper and washer holes.

Funny you mention that, today i had a concrete plainer in the ute today some ****HEAD pulls out in front of me and i had to slam my brakes on, unknown to me the tiedowns came lose cus so it was just sitting there (this thing weighs like 90kg) so i give a bit of a stab after yelling you wanker and the thing come lose and slams into my freshly painted tailgate... not happy

note: photo is from when my dad reversed into a pole not the plainer lol

yep i need to resize it lol. I was backing into my driveway at about 9 last night and as i found out my brothers mate was parked in the driveway but i couldnt see the car because of the slopes of my driveway. Needless to say i hit his car at about 20ks in reverse. The only damage to my car is the tailgate and the left bumper section and a tiny ding next to the number plate. The car I hit was a vk and the whole back of his car is ****ed lol. Can't open the boot but i can fit my arm it the gap from where his boot creased

ooo where can i get a cheap tailgate lol. i wont be putting one on for a while ill probably just wait till i get ready to sell this so its one less panel to worry about. Styleside ute + work = fail
