The only things I enjoy writing are screenplays. I'm not a reader at all so that's why I stay away from the novels. Would just bore me to much. I'm currently in year 10 and have writen about 3 screenplays (all getting full marks from top class ) and about 15ish short stories. God I hate the stories.

Prolly won't help.....but in high school I wrote a few stories, I got told they were ok but could of been better. So I wrote another story, then went back through it and filled it up with describing words....like if I wrote "he fell over into a puddle" I'd change it to "he fell over into a cold, dirty puddle".

It worked too good tho! My teacher thought it was so good that she thought I didn't write it at all, she was gonna give me a big fat 'F'....but then let me off coz I had a few nasty words to her. It was the only time I cracked a wobbly at her.....I just couldn't believe she'd think I'd cheat!

Instead I just write really long cold, dirty posts, which seems to take the edge off.

I used to write pretty awesome stories when I was in highschool. I got told I could be a great writer...

But I thought bugger it and did engineering at uni and now write Scope of Works, Functional Design Specifications, Commissioning plans...like the one I'm writing now
