i live in delahey in the western suburbs of melbourne 10mins from calder park, 5mins to Watergardens shopping center and 5mins to the calder fwy. i have 1 room for lease $125 p/week includes all bills including gas, internet, electricity, water, i also have 2 little dogs (outdoor) and a cat (mostly outdoor) msg me if interested!

hey guys sorry bout the delay yep its still available i park my commo on the street and my missus parks her car in the drive but the garage is available (its only a single so its a bit sqwashy to fit in the commo) but its a fairly quite street considering its the western suburbs.

sorry 4gaot to add no bond needed just 2weeks in advance and it will probaly be a 6 - 12month thing as i want 2 move towards sunbury (cheaper, nice town not too far from the freeway still),
