i can get them.. but not allowed to sell them ect..

part of the license agreement. if i get caught selling them to unlicensed people. i lose my license.. and also to be able to purchase them nowadays you must show exactly what they are going to be used for. trying to stop mis-use

I learnt the hard way, over a year ago.... found a place in melbourne you can buy them... so pretty much bought as much as we could, ended up bad lets just say that much
