you knwo every time you navigate away from the page it automaticly updates. no need to hit refesh unless you watching a thread, or just plain bored.

*refreshes page* more posts yeah usually, unless I am watching a perticular thread, I will have the JC forum and my first page, so when ever I click back the furthermost I can go is the forum, and from there I just click on new threads, if nothing new, click back wait the minute and click new posts again *click back*

I always know when people are waiting for me to reply, i have a look at my profile and see whos watching what thread im in, not very inconspicuous

I dont do gay thigs like that just i do click on the main forum page and see if a reply has been made in any of the subforums
