    Default Mumbai Coward Attacks

I am sure everyone has heard about the coward attacks in Mumbai, very sad indeed.

One Australian confirmed dead in Mumbai terror attacks | The Australian

Seriously, it is time the world got together and wiped out these extremists. Identify the adults then kill their brain washed children. It is the only way they can be stopped.

Sadly one Australian has been killed and others injured, many are still unaccounted for. It seems as though it is mainly westerners who were attacked...all in the name of religion. What a bloody joke.

In my last job, which I resigned from 2 months ago, I was supposed to go to India on a job we had at some of their underground coal mines. I went once before earlier this year and didn't feel safe at all.

We were onsite at one of the drill rigs, and a whole heap of guys turned up with machine guns. Apparently they were the police as there were extremists and communist rebels in the area which target mining companies, especially foreign consultants.

I would have downright refused to go this time, but my resignation took care of that (but it was for other matters).

    Anyone see sunrise this morning?

Stranded tourist talks to Sunrise from Mumbai chaos - Yahoo!7 Sunrise

As he was after a sit-rep and a gun I am assuming he has some training. Funny to see their faces when they realised where he was and what he was doing.

Work want me to go back to Manilla next feb, getting nervious about that already

This crap has been happening in India for ages. Muslim terrorists have killed far more than 911 in India over the years. It's attack after attack.

If I could find a way to wipe them all out, I would. Scumbags.

Exactly, it is sad that the US, UK, Au etc do not go in and help flush them out, I guess they have nothing to gain by doing that though.

Pfft, wouldn't speak to any of them, find a rifle and start the fun

Just off topic, condolences to family of the SF Trooper who lost his life in Afghanistan earlier today after standing on an IED.

Why would you want inaccurate pile of junk, not to mention the absurd amount of misfires you get with live ammo in those things?

Long barrel on an F88 with NV scope and grenade launcher would be my choice. But a standard F88 would do. Got my crossed rifles on the F88

F88 is junk unless it is a carbine, did the army introduce NV sights? last I heard they werent going ahead with it on the Steyrs and just keeping the laser module with NVG head gear. Was a perfect lightweight setup. Only bad thing was you could UD with it..which generally meant sweeiping the parade ground for a few days

For me, I'd have an Sr98 or Barrett M107(renamed M82). Have used both, one in combat, althought he M82 i used in live fire was the older style barrett.

Don't know about the Army but the RAAF introduced NV on the F88s. Pretty sweet setup. Not the best weight wise but still lighter than the SLR.

LOL at the UD call... Only UDs I ever saw were from the chocos.

    Cap Gun FTW!!!

In seriousness, its absolute bull**** and disgusts me that all this is going on for "religion", and is the reason I hate ALL religious groups, all it is, is a way to justify there ways that arnt sociably acceptable outside "religion".
Something needs to be done to extremists, this crap of arresting suspects and then releasing them is stupid. If they have been involved in some way get rid of them. Its a minority trying to wipe out the majority in the name of "religion", FFS why cant we stand up for ourselves.

Did someone beat them in a cricket game?

Seriously, you would'nt find me dead in India.I know it could happen anywhere but over the years, I've seen enough. And minux, your solution would just breed more and more of these lunatics.
There is nothing anyone can do about events such as these, all that will differ is the scale and outcome.

It's so naive to think that this only happens in Asian and Middle Eastern countries.

The chap in charge of Bomber Command of the RAF during the second world war commenced bombing purely civilian targets.

One of the hardest parts is identifying these extremist. They look no different to us and act no different to us. But 1 flick of the switch and they are instantly psychotic cold blooded killers.

I'm starting to think it's time they were spotted within by their own people religion. They should be able to notice the difference's that we can't, A small conversation a few words I'm sure they must slip up with their own at some stage.

Sorry, when was the last time you heard of Christian extremists strapping some C4 to themselves and blowing themselves up in a public place? When was the last time you seen buddhists drive a van loaded with C4 into a building?

Seriously, your comparison means nothing 50 years after the fact. What next bring up the atrocities of Vietnam too?

Have you ever watched some of the shows these parents make children watch? Look at Hamas for example, they broadcast cartoons of themselves killing "infidels" and condone it. These children are brainwashed form day 1.

More spies are needed. Even in our own country we have these extremists preaching their **** then they claim they were misunderstood. It would not be hard to infiltrate a lot of these groups, problem is, as sad as it sounds, governments aren't too interested as it gives a reason to provide defence funding and in worse case scenarios declare war on said countries.

I remember when we had an intelligence brief by a leading group of intelligence guru's from the U.K everything that is happening now was spoken about over 10 years ago, what scares me is if what they predicted would happen in these next 10-20 years happens.
