Ring service stations or trailer hire places, most hire them out for $60 + 100 deposit for 24 hours!!!

Good luck getting anyone to lend you a trailer for cheaper than that... Alot of things can go wrong when towing cars.

Depending on the size of the car you're towing, and the distance, most people won't have one with brakes either, so keep that in mind.

Can't you get a permit? In ACT I think they charge 30 bucks for 7 days (or something). Basiclly it allows you to drive it to get repairs done or whatever..

In NSW you don't need a permit, as long as you take the shortest route to the mechanic, or inspection station to get a blue slip.

you will need a trade plate for this, which is described as above post,

you get trade plates from the rta and isnt badly priced

    its alright guys ... sorted

nah this car is not in a state to be on the road thus why i need a trailer, its a project car

    But Ive sorted it

also i checked it out, if I were to get pulled over along the way i need to prove im on the way to a mechanic or RTA. Problem is both are on the same block and both are only 2 blocks away from my place, so being half an hour away from home good luck explaining ...
