    Usually quite delicious, fettucine pasta with sliced chicken, ham, shallots, mushrooms, egg, cream, parmesan cheese, pepper. Thats what the hubby got, but I had to make 3 versions, the kids don't eat mushrooms or onion and prefer it cheesier so had to do that for them and poor me got stuck with plain pasta and chicken as I just had gallbladder surgery and don't think I could stomach all the yummy bits. Sucks to be me lol

    just did a bit of a pasta with chicken, beef and italian sausage, roasted pumpkin, capsicum, snow peas, pesto and garlic, with olive oil. So SO good

    rolled pork roast on my rotisery BBQ, roasted spuds and kumera (sweet potatoes) and carrots. jsut a quick meal. can't beat the rotisery BBQ i don't bother using the oven at home anymore
