Hi all,
well today im absoultly stuffed, didn't get much sleep last night and today at work i can barely keep my head upwhat can i do/take to wake me up quick smart....already hit the coffee this morning to no avail and had a decent breaky....
anyway what can i go and get that will get the ol brain kicking into action...thinking of giving barocca a go...is that any good...hear it gives you a b-b-bounce :P

Berocca's alright. it doesn't give u a big pick u up type feeling, but it doesn't make u more tired than usual in the arvo Ive found. I take berocca in the am. Other than that, don't over eat, cause that slows u down, goto a boost fruit juice bar & get a banana smoothie with extra honey in it & lots of vanilla ice cream. all that sugar combined with some carbs that uve already eaten for lunch/breaky will start to work & may sustain some degree of energy before knock off time.
lol no no can't be doing that, i'll get no work done :P should have really stayed home this is annoying and frustrating

Last night was my second night in a row that I had about 1 hours sleep.
I seriously considered not coming in this morning.
I can join the lack of sleep club at the moment too.
What's working for me today is just getting on with my work. This is the first decent break I've had so far. I'll be dead tired this afternoon though.
im tryin to smash the work out but i just keep losing concentration and almost passing out lol...and realising im losing like 5in here and there just because im off in my own world...few slaps and im back but it just keeps happening....grrr
going to go for a walk at lunch get out and get some fresh air bit if exercise and find this boost place lol...that should fix it![]()

im doing a teaching degree bax. I have 1 exam in 4 years and its a take home exam i have 2 weeks to finish lol. 3 1/2 month holidays now so plenty of 360 and beers

4 weeks ago on a wednesday i was feeling tired.... anyway i was cutting something and i slipped and half cut my finger off. yep the bone and nail stopped the knife from going the whole way through so its ok lol. but ahh that woke me up. should try it some time
