Get a pest control guy in?

My wife was reading on one of her forums and all the pest guy did was put his head in the man hold and throw the big green anti rodent cakes you get at wollies around the place.

We did that and no more mice, cheaper though.

There are a couple of ways to go about this. You can set regular mouse traps with crunchy peanut paste (the best bait!) or you can put some rodent blocks down. I'm always fascinated by the way most of these blocks work, a chemical called warfarin which actually thins the blood out so much that heart rate goes through the roof and they die. Cool.

the only prob with that is you have rotting mice in ur roof. we did that no more mice. but a couple of weeks later we could smell somthin really rank. could not figure out where it was coming from until i had to get somethin out of the roof...i almost died:eek:

You want some 'sticky traps'
Its what the pest control guy would use. we had them when my shop first opened. so the guy gave us some sticky traps and put them just against the area where we thought the mouse came in, and the next night at work, there was 2 mice. :D
They always travel in two's

There was a mouse on a job at work one time and I saw it scramble into a small hole. I grabbed a can of silicone spray.. unleash the fury around the hole and set it alight. The resulting fireball burnt all the hair off my arm and the mouse was never seen again.
