I have an 1/8 scale something or other. 4wd disk brakes 1.5hp of zillion rpm glory
It's magnificent on golf courses and chasing dogs. They don't know weather to chase it or run from it.

Theres a whole thread on this, if you wanna dig it up and you can see pics of everyones rides, a fair few people on here have them.

I have some ****ter which taught me everything and learnt to drive and fix them. No idea on specs.
Second is a Kyosho SPider, that I chucked a Kyosho .15R engine in, the clutch didnt last 30 seconds of breaking the motor in lol.

i have a hobao gpx4, and a couple of smatech's haven't used them in awhile cause after fine tuning the gpx4 to really hookup fast guess what happened lol it involves flying thru the air and hiting everything so haven't bothered fixing the broken suspension arm lol thinking of selling the smartech's soon. or trade the two smartechs for an offroad basher i can take to the bike track

LOL i find myself constantly buying new parts and fixing it too, break too easy, luckily you can get stronger aftermarket parts like the adjustable alloy A Arms and such.

that can get more expensive then repairing the basic parts, you just moving the point of breakage further on to maybe more expensive parts. if a clutch lasts 3months and you upgrade to a stronger one, maybe you'l blow the engine instead after 3days. catch 22.

I've only ever had electric and I will never buy nitro. I reckon electric are so much easier to get working and keep running. Just plug in a battery and away you go. Plus you can get some amazing speed out of an electric, most people would be surprised at how fast they go. Me race motor and speed controler can get my cars upwards of 100 km/h.
