    Default Ab workout machine

    Hi guys,

just wondering if anyone could recommend the best machine to use for a good AB workout. You see on TV the AB king pro and stuff like that, but does it actually work? or is it just a waste of money.

I tend not to like Ab crunches therefore looking for a machine that would be better. If you could provide a name that I could search to see what it looks like that would be great aswell because I dont know the machines.

I know enough about abb exersize to know that when you get it right you get male fluid leakage without being excited , just from the massive internal pressures going on. You'll know when you have it right. I've had my Bruce Lee abb phase, I couldn't care less now, I suggest it's not worth it unless you are going for a Gold Medal

Just do the rocky style ones from Rocky IV when he's in the cabin and he ties his legs to a rafter or the other ones from another Rocky where he is on a bench and between crunches someone smacks him in the gut twice!!

Also Film yourself and make a Training Montage with a hip 80's style stong (Rick Astley FTW!)1 and then photoshop a pic of some guys flabby guts morphing into a 20 pack (make sure that they look like similar guys but the cut guy is taller and has a birthmark on him so you can tell they are different)

The Montage will help! it helped rocky beat 4 opponents i say 4 cause the guy from rocky V has aids and was weak. 2

    Thanks for your replies.

Vn2nV - why buy dumbells if you can lift bricks? or why buy a VN if you can walk? .... could be easier and more effective? I dont know but I think machines make it feel easier... 2 me anyway.

It wouldn't be possible to walk that far that fast

I think they'd be less effective than a proper crunch, especially if your using one of those little half fitness ball things (which are supposed to make crunches 20% more effective).

ab king pro works very well, but it is pointless doing sit-ups etc if your overweight in that region. no matter how many situps etc you do they wont show up in fact will make your gut stick out more. You have to lose the fat first. So if your overweight in that region waste of money, if not will work a treat

I find that a swissball is good for abs, it dosnt have the stress and strain on your lower back and um as sit ups do and with adjusting your seating position with the swissball you can vary your workout.

Yup, best thing in my gym. Plus it has many extra great uses such as:
PC Chair to continue strength building while you sit at your pc.

Awesome sex toy, you can get some great positions and bounce going on them!!
