Just got to thinking, what is the best event you've paid money to go see?
It can be theatre, concert, sport, whatever.

The Guns 'n Roses concert at calder park in the early ninties sticks in my mind as one of the best events i've been to, that and the AFL grand final in 07.

I went to the Winter Nationals at Willowbank in '03.That's got to be mine at this stage of life.

The Toyo Drift Nationals at Calder Park back when they used to do them. Best value for money at $15 for a weekend pass.

Guns N Roses would be a close second to that.

Missed out by about 2 months seeing varekia (sp?) for free Company I was working for gave employee's tickets to the dress rehearsal, sucks as I joined the company 2 month too late!

O.T: Grinspoon at panthers, back when they had just released guide to a better living, nearly broke a few bones moshing and had craploads of bruises but ohhh so much fun

Second probably the Australian Muscle car muster, was awesome seeing classic cars being driven the way they were made to be! hard and fast

Sadly i missed out on Disturbed and Slayer! Slayer being my favourite band

But i did goto Red Hot Chilli Peppers in 07 and that was probably the best i've been to, but i didn't pay to see it! Which did make it better.

Any time I've been to Willowbank Probably when they had 4 jet dragsters there. Damn those things are spectacular! Especially when you're behind the engines. Gives you a hell of a thump when they do the dump and burn
