Default Knife man still feels no remorse for sneak act

    CHECK OUT THIS PHSCO WANKER

RYAN Tuting stabbed a man in the chest without reason or warning and almost killed him, but still doesn't think he did anything particularly wrong.

The 19-year-old coast man has been locked up since he stabbed a male stranger at a party on January 24.

Rockhampton District Court heard that two Yeppoon men, awakened by a scream, had rushed into their darkened lounge room to find it covered in blood, and a girl standing wrapped in a sheet.

Searching frantically, they found a man, bloodied and stammering incoherently, in a neighbour's yard.

Earlier that night, Tuting, then 18, had driven around with two female friends for a drinking party.

During the night, he went into the lounge room where the complainant, also 18, had been massaging a girl.

Tuting had asked if there were any cigarettes, and was told to look in the kitchen.

He left and returned with his hand behind his back. Seconds later, the complainant had felt a pain like a punch in the ribs.

He reached down to feel his side and saw blood on his hand.

He was rushed to hospital with a deflated, blood-filled lung, an injury that would have been fatal, had it not been treated swiftly.

Almost a year later, the complainant can no longer play football, still coughs up blood and has nightmares. Tuting pleaded guilty yesterday in Rockhampton District Court to grievous bodily harm.

The court heard Tuting had been convicted when 17 of bashing and robbing a man in Gympie. He served 12 months jail after he and a companion robbed the man.

Crown prosecutor Julie Marsden told the court a pre-sentence report found Tuting didn't consider his actions to be severe.

A psychiatrist report earlier this month found Tuting's actions were the result of excessive drinking, not his diagnosed schizophrenia.

Ms Marsden said Tuting showed no remorse.

Tuting was sentenced to three years' jail, but will be released on March 10 next year.

What a twit. Bring back capital punishment. An eye for an eye i say. Kill them, let them rot and it would also free up our jails a bit too. Why should he be thrown in jail into a room where he probably lives better than how he does on the outside at taxpayers expense.

Pffft, kill them off, one less ****wit on our streets putting our kids, family, friends etc at risk, we get free human fertiliser, our tax dollars don't get wasted AS much and our jails are freed up a little. Then maybe the familys of the victims may feel a little justice. I know i would if someone stabbed my son or daughter, i'd love to see them die as a punishment.

Id rather see them go to trial have the onus to prove innocence on their own head (pardon the pun) and then if proven guilty execution. I don't particularly think we are in a bad enough state to need a Judge Dredd style of law enforcement.... yet.....
