Rock thrower walks from court.

Just seen on the news that Oliver Barry Sharp was let off of the charges of throwing rocks into peoples windscreens due to the fact that he was mentally unstable at the time the incidents occured.

It said he has to comply with a supervision order of some sort & probably have to talk to a pysch once a week i guess its too bad for the kid whos windscreen it went through & all that trauma & is left with scarring on his face

Yeah i think i may go stab those kids who used to kick over my letterbox. I'll have to go through court, but there is a 99.9% chance i'll get off. The court is just a minor set back

Last year some idiot threw a massive rock off an over pass near Kiama. The rock went through the rear passenger window of the car and took out a chunk of the young womans skull. She was a hair dresser and it's unlikely she'll work again as she doesn't have proper control over her movement. If I remember correctly the prick that did it got 12 months or 2 years or near abouts. Monrgrel was apparently stoned at the time he did it.

A similar thin happened about two weeks ago closer to wollongong. Rock from an overpass went through a windscreen hitting the elderly driver in the chest. His wife in the passenger seat stopped the car with the hand brake. Nothing was heard of after that.

i for one think we should encourage and channel his abilities. the courts could put him to use throwing rocks at other offenders for instance.
