I work in a fairly politically incorrect work place. Mostly blokes so that's not a problem. I wonder though does anyone think that their behaviour/language should be modified when there are woman around?
f*ck no!!!
No they shouldn't. That said, most females these days are worse than blokes. I know of 3 in one customer we deal with that have been sacked for looking at porn while working? wtf?
Politically correct though is bull**** and is destroying this country. Best thing women can do is get back in the bloody kitchen.
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
- Theodor Seuss Geisel
The Kitchen is the last room you would want waste a Thai girls time in (unless she's on the bench)
I don't know if that's pollitcally correct![]()
Political correctness, oh how I hate thee.
Since I work in a workshop we don't have to pretend to be nice to customers, nor each otherWe've got an Egyptian guy named Farouk who is always good for a camel joke hehe.
I've always been a supporter of gender equality. What you can say to a bloke, you should be able to say to a woman![]()
hehe yeah, Farouk returns it all in kind too. There's only one person in this whole building who bitches and moans whenever anything politically incorrect is said; the big boss' son's gf![]()
I don't know about anyone else, but I never modify my language when I'm in the kitchen, the laundry or the bedroom...
You're just permanently a dirty bastard?![]()

I used to work on site, in the underground mines.
Now I have moved into the consulting world in the city.
Everyone else here is from a mine site as well, so even though we are all dressed corporate style, the language remains the same hehe.
My girlfriend gave up trying to stop me swearing![]()
I dont think behaviour should chage just because a woman enters the room. As far as swearing goes I think everyone has heard it before its not going to hurt my gentle heart![]()
In my opinion, It depends the situation, and what is actually being said...in one breath, swearing and behaviour shouldn't need to be changed (it's not the 1800's anymore) although in the other breath, some of the things the guys at work say 1) Shouldn't be said around ladies, and 2) Shouldn't even be said at all...But each to their own...I change the way I am around each and every person, if I'm around someone that doesn't like swearing and what not, then I wont...
LOL chics don't even come into our area! they know what they're in for lol
i don't think i could work anywhere that was to 'proper' acting the way we do just make the day more enjoyable and theres nothing funnier then when your hear like 5-10 ppl start getting in on the insults lol....love where i work, wouldn't change it for anything so cruisy

Some birds are worse then us blokes. I don't reckon any language needs to be changed really. Unless it's your nan - then fair enough.
Nothing better then a bunch of blokes and sheilas giving each other some gob. And what does FEA mean?
There is this girl at work who is the nerdy type but outside work with a few beers with the boys she swears like a trooper.
