Wonder if anyone can tell me how serious Police take calls to this hotline and whether having video evidence of certain acts helps in any way?

They do take it serious, but i guess its more on the cops in the area.

Next door neighbour got done for "loosing traction outside a house around the corner... he then received a letter in the mail, which stated that his exhaust was to loud (go figure) but also got told off for being a hoon, and if anymore complaints were made, then it would get more serious.

dont know much bout buicks. my old V6 ecotec had a tuff solid note to it. pacemaker extractors, factory cat, 2 1/2" pipe, single straight thru muffler and had a perfect note
